The stunning neo-Renaissance building of Měšťanská beseda, adorned with Art Nouveau decorations, has been the vibrant cultural hub of Pilsen for over 100 years. Commissioned by the city’s bourgeois society in 1901, it quickly became the heart of the town’s culture. After an extensive renovation completed in 2005, Měšťanská beseda now offers the most prestigious venues in the city for various social and cultural events. Located in the historic centre, its halls and salons host concerts, theatre performances, balls, parties, film screenings, festivals, lectures, conferences, workshops, and children's events almost daily. With multiple halls, salons, a cinema, a theatre, and a café, the unique historical spaces are tailored to meet high standards for event organization. The total capacity exceeds 1,000 people, with over 2,000 events held annually.
