A globally unique brewery complex with a tradition dating back to at least 1573, featuring its own malt house and mineral water bottling plant (Il sano), Wellness Hotel U Sládka, the first authentic beer spa in the Czech Republic (since 2006), and two restaurants: "Ve Skále" (in the unique rock cellar spaces with 250 seats) and "Stará Sladovna" (in the former malt house building with 150 indoor seats and a terrace for up to 300 guests). The site also includes a conference hall for 150 people and a caravan parking area with five spots.
